Spurs Women October internationals: play-offs ahead
The Spurs Women October internationals include World Cup play-offs and friendlies across the next fortnight, according to Tottenham’s published player guide. The club lists senior and academy involvement, with Julie Blakstad among four Norway players in its Friday programme. These are scheduled national-team involvements, not confirmed starting line-ups.
Friday’s World Cup play-off schedule
Tottenham’s guide lists five play-off fixtures involving its players on Friday 9 October. All times below are UK kick-off times as published by the club. Check the official guide for any schedule changes before making viewing plans.

- 4.30pm: Finland v Serbia. Eveliina Summanen.
- 5.05pm: Lithuania v Sweden. Amanda Nilden and Matilda Vinberg.
- 6pm: Romania v Norway. Selma Panengstuen, Cathinka Tandberg, Julie Blakstad and Signe Gaupset.

Friendlies and academy involvement
Tottenham say Olivia Holdt’s Denmark, Alice Sombath’s France and Toko Koga’s Japan have already qualified for the finals and will play friendlies during the window. Japan are listed away to Haiti at 7pm on Friday, with Drew Spence’s Jamaica away to Mexico at 9pm.
The guide also notes Heidi Hills’ involvement as a training player with Wales and Rania Oukriss’ first England Under-19 call-up. Hills’ training role should not be presented as an international appearance. The full club schedule includes further academy fixtures and matches through Tuesday 13 October.
